Managing Director, Fund Finance, New York, ING Capital LLC  
Grace Fu is a Managing Director of Americas Fund Finance at ING Capital LLC. She is responsible for transaction origination, execution, and relationship management. Ms. Fu’s clients include alternative asset management firms and financial sponsors, publicly traded investment funds, and a variety of private investment vehicles. 

Sheffield Goodrich
Managing Director of Sustainability and ESG at Independence Point Advisors
Sheffield is a Managing Director of Sustainability and ESG at Independence Point Advisors. He is a sustainability leader with over a decade of experience advising clients on integrating environmental and social considerations into business strategy. He leads multidisciplinary teams delivering projects in sustainability strategy and goal setting, social impact and outcomes measurement, climate risk and decarbonization. He is focused on leveraging his sustainability experience and business acumen to integrate ESG into business strategy, M&A, and capital markets activity to reduce risk, capture value and attract investors.

Jaclyn Grodin 
Counsel, Goulston & Storrs 
Jaclyn Grodin is a commercial litigator representing companies, private equity firms, hedge funds, investment advisers, and individuals in disputes involving partnership and investor actions, financial fraud cases, securities-related matters, and government investigations. Will Hafer

Will Hafer is a Managing Director in the Valuation Advisory group. Will aids in developing strategies for resolving value-based issues, helps implement analysis and facilitates the preparation and review of reports. She has over 13 years of experience in the financial services industry, working in both external audit and advisory roles. Jeremy Kim 
Director of Capital Markets and Structured Credit Strategies at END-Labs 
Jeremy is currently Director of Capital Markets and Structured Credit Strategies at END-Labs, where he works on projects to connect fiat-native borrowers with sources of capital from DeFi, as well as various projects to apply blockchain technologies to the securitization process beyond capital delivery. 

Gunes Kulaligil 
Managing Director, Stout 
Gunes Kulaligil serves us as a Managing Director and co-lead of the Structured Finance Practice in the Valuation Advisory group. He has over 20 years of experience on the buy side as well as at investment banks, advising clients regarding the valuation of illiquid, distressed, and esoteric investments in connection with M&A transactions, asset sales, fairness opinions, and ongoing financial reporting. Vesta brings more than 20 years of experience in fixed income research, portfolio management, and trading. He has a proven track record and deep expertise in investing across the fixed income spectrum, including MBS, CMBS, CLOs, ABS, municipals, corporates, governments, and interest rate derivatives. 

John Scott
Senior Director, Associate General Counsel, Litigation at Capital One
John L. Scott is a Senior Director in Capital One’s Commercial Bank Legal Department and helps manage the Commercial Bank’s litigation portfolio. John is also co-chair of the capital one legal department's DIB group. John is based in New York and has almost 20 years of experience advising corporate clients and financial institutions in a broad range of litigation-related and restructuring matters.

Erik B. Weinick

Erik Weinick is co-chair of the Privacy & Cybersecurity practice at Otterbourg P.C. in New York, where he also practices in the firm’s Litigation and Bankruptcy Departments. Mr. Weinick received his J.D. from Cornell Law School and his B.S. from Cornell University.
