What is the format of the event?

Our unique hybrid format is designed to bring the best of both worlds to you. Day 1 will be held completely virtual. Day 2 will be exclusively in-person in New York City. You can attend one or both days. The recordings will be available after the fact, but we ask for an RSVP so we can save your spot in the virtual or real world.

Who should attend this event?
Leading asset managers, law firms, accounting firms, investment consultants, and institutional investors.

Finance industry professionals who are: Alternative fund managers, including Business Development Companies (CFOs, Heads of Valuation), Private Equity Companies, Credit funds, Hedge fund investors, Private debt, and Institutional Investors; Attorneys; Audit & Tax Advisory Professionals; and Originators in specialty finance companies.

Is there a cost to attend?
No, the summit is a private, complimentary event for clients and friends of Stout.

Where is the venue?

TUESDAY, OCTOBER 25, 2022 – VIRTUAL

Location: Virtual on Zoom

WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 26, 2022 – IN-PERSON

Location: In-Person at Asia Society, 725 Park Avenue, New York, NY 10021 (70th Street and Park Avenue)

Is the content the same for both days?
No; Each day features different topics and speakers. Plus, you won't want to miss the in-person reception closing out the event on Wednesday.

Will the sessions be recorded?
Yes. Day 1 sessions will be virtual on Zoom and available to access. Day 2 sessions are live, in-person, but will be recorded for later viewing. A link will be emailed to all participants on how to view the sessions. Please note that to be eligible to receive continuing education credit, you must be present and engage during the live sessions.

Will I have to be on camera for networking?
No. Day #1 will be virtual and interaction is via text chat only. On Day #2, the networking reception is in-person on Wednesday afternoon. 

Can I receive Continuing Education credits?
Yes, some sessions will award Continuing Education within the United States – please refer to the individual session descriptions.

CPE credit is available for Sessions #1 and #2 on Day 1. Stout Risius Ross, LLC (“Stout”) is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of Continuing Professional Education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors (Sponsor #144760). State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.

The panel discussion on Day 2 is designed for CLE learning. Stout is an accredited CLE provider in the states of California and Illinois. All other states where CLE credit is requested should be considered pending until approved and not guaranteed.

What COVID precautions should I know about?
We are following CDC guidelines as well as the Asia Society's requirements. We ask that guests are to remain masked in public areas including the lobby, elevators, and restrooms. Event spaces are mask-optional (the Auditorium and Garden Court). Masks will be available at the Stout registration desk if you would like one.
