Who should attend this event?

Is there a cost to attend?
No, the summit is a private, complimentary event.

Will the sessions be recorded?
Yes, unless otherwise indicated. You can access them from within the event portal. A link will be emailed to all participants on how to view the sessions. Please note that to be eligible to receive continuing education credit, you must be present and engage during the live session.

Will I have to be on camera for networking?
No. All interactivity is text chat and Q&A-based.

Can I receive Continuing Education credits?
Yes, some of the sessions will award Continuing Education within the United States – please refer to the individual session descriptions.

CPE credit is available for “LIBOR Transition and SPAC Investing: Accounting and Valuation Considerations for Funds” from 11:00-12:00 pm ET. Stout Risius Ross, LLC (“Stout”) is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of Continuing Professional Education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors (Sponsor #144760). State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.

Stout is an accredited CLE provider in the states of California and Illinois. All other states where CLE credit is requested in this non-traditional format (except Nevada and Pennsylvania), should be considered pending until approved and not guaranteed. The session “Regulatory Review And Litigation Update: Private Funds” from 12:20-1:20 pm ET is designed for CLE learning. Please listen for the codeword during the session. You will attend live and  to send an Attorney Affirmation form with the live codeword.
